A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you a written confirmation and received the agreed advance. A quotation by itself does not reserve a vehicle, hotel room or guide.
Quoted prices hold for seven days unless we state otherwise. Rates during Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, Kumbh and other peak periods may change at short notice, and we will always tell you before you pay.
We normally ask for an advance to confirm the vehicle and accommodation, with the balance due before departure. Payment may be made by UPI, bank transfer or cash. A receipt is issued for every payment.
Cancellation charges depend on how much notice we receive and on the terms of the hotels and other suppliers already booked for you. The applicable slab is stated in your written confirmation before you pay anything.
Where a hotel, railway or airline refund is involved, we can only pass on what that supplier actually refunds to us, and we will show you their deduction.
Each quotation lists exactly what is included. Unless stated, the price does not cover meals, personal expenses, temple VIP or Sugam darshan tickets, monument entry fees, or anything arranged directly by you.
Darshan timings, aarti seating and special-entry tickets are controlled entirely by the respective temple trusts and administrations. We assist with applications and guidance, but we cannot guarantee allotment, and no refund arises from a temple declining or altering an arrangement.
We are not liable for delay, curtailment or cancellation caused by weather, flooding of the ghats, river conditions, traffic restrictions, strikes, government or administrative orders, civil disturbance, accident or illness. In such cases we will do everything reasonably possible to rearrange your trip.
Guests are asked to follow the instructions of drivers, guides and boatmen, particularly at the ghats and during boat rides, and to respect temple rules on photography, footwear and dress. We may end a trip without refund in cases of behaviour that endangers others.
Your belongings remain your responsibility throughout. Drivers will assist with luggage, but we cannot accept liability for items left in a vehicle, on a boat or at a hotel.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
