What we will never do is promise you a result. No pooja is a guarantee of an outcome, and any agency that tells you otherwise is selling you something else. We handle the ritual properly and honestly; the rest is between you and Mahadev.
Temple rules also change without notice. If a shrine restricts a particular seva on your chosen date, we will tell you at once and either move the date or return your money.
