Who we are

Born on these ghats, not in a call centre

Kashi Yatri Tours & Travels is run from Varanasi by people who live here. We operate our own fleet of cars and tempo travellers across Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj, and arrange darshan, boat rides, guides, hotels and sevas alongside the transport.

How we work has not changed. We pick up the phone ourselves. We tell you when a plan will not work instead of taking the booking anyway. And we quote one number that already includes toll, parking, driver allowance and fuel, so nobody is arguing on the last morning of a pilgrimage.

How a booking works

Dates, how many people, and anything special — elderly parents, a tight train connection, a pooja you want done.

2. We plan

A written day-by-day itinerary with a fixed, all-inclusive price. Change it as many times as you like.

3. You confirm

A small advance holds the vehicle and hotel. Balance is due before departure. UPI, transfer or cash.

4. You travel

Driver details reach you the night before. One number to call for anything, at any hour of the trip.
