When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, travel dates, group size and any notes you choose to add. If you book, we additionally collect the identification details required by hotels and by transport regulations.
Our website records standard server logs and, where analytics are enabled, anonymous usage statistics. We do not use these to identify individual visitors.
Solely to prepare your quotation, run your trip and stay in touch with you about it. We may contact you about a booking you have made, or about an enquiry you have sent us.
Only with the hotels, guides, boat operators and drivers directly involved in your trip, and only the information they need. We do not sell, rent or trade your details with anyone, and we do not share them with marketing companies.
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can refer back if you contact us again. Booking and payment records are retained for the period required under Indian tax law.
You may ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@kashiyatrivaranasi.in and we will act within thirty days, except where a record must be kept by law.
You may ask us to stop sending you offers at any time, and we will do so immediately.
We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or net banking credentials. Payments are made directly to our bank account or through a payment gateway that handles those details itself.
